Elevate Your Event with the Romi Booth: Step into the world of interactive digital photography with our user-friendly and waste-free Photo Booth. This captivating addition to your event or party promises an unforgettable experience for your guests. Capture the moment with stunning photos, dynamic GIFs, or hilarious boomerangs, all delivered instantly via text or email. With a wide array of physical props, digital props and filters at their fingertips, your guests can personalize their memories like never before.
The Romi booth is compact (weighing only 30 LB), offers a bright LED rim light, and an adjustable head that tilts to accommodate guests of all heights.
The only requirements from the event host are:

An outlet near by
A minimum space of 8’X8’

-CORPORATE EVENTS, PARTIES & MISC. EVENTS STARTING AT $450
-WEDDINGS STARTING AT $550
Up to 3 hours of unlimited digital photos (polaroid style & photo strip style), GIFs, and boomerangs (print services are not offered)
Instant social sharing (via text or email)
Photo attendant to ensure everything runs smoothly
Fun physical props (mustaches, lips, hats, glasses, etc). Wedding, Christmas and Halloween props are also included!
Digital props
Online gallery to share with your guests after the event
Branded/custom digital photo frame: Simple background + graphic/logo (provided by client) + desired text (a tagline or date). I typically use your event flyer or invitation for inspiration.
Set up: 1 hour before scheduled start time. Tear down once service is over. For weddings only: Set up will be completed earlier in the day before festivities begin and guests arrive.
Events with over 150 guests will fall under a different price bracket. Please contact us to request a quote.

DIGITAL FUN ONLY, NO PRINTS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME: As an environmentally conscious organization, we have chosen not to provide print services. Over our extensive tenure in the photo booth industry, we have observed that the majority of printed materials are subsequently discarded when individuals opt to digitize and share them on their social media platforms. With our on-the-spot social sharing capabilities already in place, we remain committed to waste reduction, the preservation of natural resources, and the reduction of our carbon footprint. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The guests get to loosen up and have fun! No stiff poses or forced smiles. Photo Booths are a blast! People also get to see the photos right away and retake them if they aren't happy with the result. They also get to take as many as they want during an event! Guests can choose from different fun options and get the instant satisfaction of receiving the files right away so they can be shared on social media!

Mustaches, lips, funny hats and glasses, wigs and necklaces, and themed props for special occasions. We also always offer fun digital props of all kinds!

I've been a Photographer & Marketing Specialist for 15+ years doing portraits and product photography for individuals and businesses (among other things). I have also worked for traditional photo booths in the past and always found them to be super fun, but had a hard time seeing how much waste they produced. Most prints ended up all over the floor and/or most people would just throw them away after a while. When I got to experience the *new* digital booths with instant sharing and boomerangs/GIF capabilities, I fell in love and knew I had to add one to the services I offer! I love that they are waste-free and eco-friendly -something that is important to consider this day and age.

You just enter your phone number after taking your picture and you’ll get a link to the file. It’s fast and easy! Multiple guests can enter their phone number very quickly and there’s an option to send to email as well. Files are accessible to all the guests via an online gallery that is live for 2 years. Each text message gives you access to the entire event gallery, so you only have to enter your number once if you prefer. I will also send the event organizer a zip file with all the photos and videos so you can keep them forever.

If Wifi is slow, the text message delivery won’t be instant and can take anywhere from 5-20 minutes (especially for video files as they take longer to upload).
If there’s no service at all, all files will be saved in the photo booth and uploaded/sent as soon as the device reaches service again. -
This is very rare, but there’s always the option to rent a generator for an additional charge. Contact me for details.
